Most of the problems we see are virus related. It can be very tricky on some sites getting away without catching something. I don't mean "those" sites, almost any site now can have advertising banners with malicious code that will redirect you to a place you don't want to be. The other main problem with home computers is not enough memory (RAM).

If your PC was fast when you bought it but now it is slow, it could be because newer programs require more memory to run properly. Typically you can upgrade your memory for under $100 and see a remarkable improvement in your PC. If the slowdown is due to some Malware or a virus we can handle that also. It doesn't take long to get your PC back under your control.

We work in the "Space Coast" of Florida, so if you are in Melbourne, Palm Bay, or anywhere in or around Brevard County we will come to you and let you know what it will take to get you back in the fast lane! An average service call consists of us coming to you at no charge, then taking a look at your problem and talking to you about it to find out what you expect your PC to do. If you want us to "clean up" your PC or add some memory we will do it at your location (if possible).
